Orthopedic Sports Surgeon
Kaiser Permanente / The Permanente Medical Group is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Sports Medicine Surgeon with a strong interest in Hip Arthroscopy to join our collegial and well-established team in San Francisco. Job Description
- Team Composition: 8 surgeons (3 Total Joint, 3 Sports, 2 Hand)
- Collaborative Model: Work closely with 13 experienced Physician Assistants
- Surgical Focus: 40% hip arthroscopy, 40% sports medicine, 20% trauma via call
- OR Time: 1-2 days per week
- Call Schedule: 1 in 8 weeks (Level 2/3 community trauma)
- Dedicated trauma room time available

Full-time annual salary range is $600,000 to $625,020 plus additional potential incentives up to $73,080. Salary range listed is based on a full-time schedule. Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available. Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay.
Requirements
- Board Certification or Eligibility
- Must be eligible to obtain a CA medical license or be currently licensed to practice within CA
