Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
• DDS or DMD from an accredited university, active MD license in good standing, and active/in process DEA license
• Broad scope general dentistry
• Ethical patient-centric provider
• Coachable, team-oriented
• Great work ethic, motivated for success
