Job Description

• Provide full spectrum care to patients of all ages, primarily adults and geriatrics
• Focus on preventative and chronic care management
• Work in an outpatient clinic from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
• Collaborate with a dedicated support team of medical and advanced practice professionals
• Manage a mixed payer practice with an average of 20-22 patients per day
