Family Practice Physician

The second largest hospital in Georgia is seeking a Family Practice Physician to provide services in a hybrid of traditional family medicine and same-day urgent care in Forsyth, GA. The physician will also be a part of the Accountable Care Organization. The office is located in the Medical Mall, which includes diagnostics and specialty practices. The physician will serve in one of the system's community hospitals, a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital, which provides general medical and surgical care for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency room patients, and participates in the Medicare and Medicaid programs. You will provide the highest quality health care possible.

Job Description

• Coordinate and facilitate clinical, administrative, and professional activities as delegated by the Medical Director and Administration
• Collaborate with other physicians, staff, and community agencies to provide continuity of care for patients in any designated setting
• Ensure all services are delivered safely, confidentially, and promptly
