Palliative Care Physician
The second largest hospital in Georgia is seeking a fellowship-trained Palliative Care Physician in the beautiful and historic Macon, Georgia area. Macon is situated south of metropolitan Atlanta and is a wonderful place to live, learn, and work. Job Description
- Provide the highest quality health care possible.
- Coordinate and facilitate clinical, administrative, and professional activities as delegated by the Medical Director and Administration.
- Collaborate with other physicians, staff, and community agencies to provide continuity of care for patients in any designated setting.
- Ensure all services are delivered safely, confidentially, and promptly.
Requirements
- Fellowship trained in hospice and palliative medicine.
- Must be a board-certified or board-eligible MD/DO.
- Active Georgia license or ability to obtain.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
