Neurohospitalist

Join our great team and facility as a Neurohospitalist, focusing 100% on inpatient care. This position offers a flexible schedule with options for 7 on/7 off or 180 shifts annually.

Job Description

• Vascular/stroke, neurophysiology, neurocritical care, and epilepsy fellowship trained or experienced neuro-hospitalist physicians preferred
• Program has an embedded ACGME accredited neurology residency
• Compensation of $400,000 salary plus sign-on bonus, among many great benefits including 401K and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and disability
• Established neurosciences physician governance structure influencing service line development and expansion at the regional level
• Certified comprehensive stroke center seeing 1,800 stroke patients a year
• 44 ICU beds including 12 neuro-ICU beds with 24/7 onsite coverage by critical care trained nurse practitioners
• ENLS certified nursing staff in Neuro ICU
• A robust physician team, comprised of 3 interventional radiologists, 9 neurosurgeons, 2 neurocritical care intensivists, and 1 neuro-oncologist
