General Psychiatry

Start your new year by augmenting your income with a part-time outpatient position in General Psychiatry, treating adolescent through geriatric patients. Work one day per week, ongoing, based on your availability Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. There are no Saturday shifts and no call responsibilities.

Job Description

• Provide treatments for general behavioral health issues including depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADD, ADHD, eating disorders, and dependency (no Suboxone or related treatments).
• Supervise one psychiatric nurse practitioner and review charts.
• Work in a multispecialty integrated medicine clinic serving patients of all ages, alongside family medicine and internal medicine providers.
• Collaborate with a friendly support staff in a beautifully remodeled historic clinic setting in downtown Macon.
