Emergency Medicine Coverage

I am working with Webster County Memorial Hospital in Webster Springs, WV, and they are looking for some temporary Emergency Medicine coverage over the next several months.

Job Description

• Webster County Memorial Hospital is a Vandalia Health facility located in Webster Springs, WV.
• This is a 25-bed Critical Access facility with 5 ER beds and an annual ER volume of 5,500.
• The facility has a Level IV Trauma Level.
• Coverage is needed starting in February of 2026 for 10-12 shifts per month.
• Shift times are from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
• The facility will also allow 24-hour shifts.
• There is a 45-60 day process to privilege.
• The facility will accept ABEM, FP/ER, and IM/ER candidates.
• Candidates must have an active West Virginia license.
• Candidates that are FP/ER or IM/ER must have active ACLS, BLS, and ATLS CPR certifications.
• Candidates must be Board Certified or truly Board Eligible.
• Compensation is $300 per hour for ABEM candidates and $280 per hour for IM/ER or FP/ER candidates.
