ThedaCare is seeking a Physiatry physician to join our expanding team at ThedaCare Orthopedic, Spine & Pain in Appleton, WI.

Job Description

• Highly collaborative multispecialty group all in one location. Integrated collegial culture. Practice conducive to high producing volumes due to growth strategy.
• 100% in clinic: Clinic case mix includes typical physiatry diagnoses including but not limited to all spine and neurological outpatient. EMG competent, proficient in modalities such as clinic-based ultrasound guided injections, etc.
• Inpatient call rotation nights and weekends (for inpatient rehabilitation and inpatient consults).
• Dedicated CMA; shared triage nurses dedicated to Pain and PM&R.
• Outreach to Oshkosh (1 day/week).
• 18-27 patients in a 9-hour day.

Team Overview

• APC: PM&R 1; Pain 4.5 FTE.
• Orthopedic Service Line at Legacy ThedaCare includes Pain, Physiatry, PC SM, Orthopedic Surgery, and Walk-In.
