Urgent Care or Family Medicine Physician

ThedaCare, a highly successful northeast Wisconsin non-profit health system, seeks a BE/BC Urgent Care or Family Medicine Physician to join our Urgent Care Clinics in Appleton and Neenah, WI. This position allows for an opportunity to step into a traditional urgent care practice with a collaborative and quality-driven team.

Job Description

• Full or part-time opportunities
• No call
• 12-hour shifts
• 1:3 weekends (2 holidays per year)
• Clinic hours:
  • 7am-7pm Monday-Friday
  • 8am-5pm weekends & holidays
• Seeing patients of all ages (12 months & older)
• Clinic is averaging 60+ patients per day
• Team consists of: 2 physicians, 10 APCs, and support from RNs and MAs
• Opportunity to have Medical Director duties (2 hours per week) - supervise APCs, attend leadership counsel meetings, be a part of the hiring process, and review and make recommendations for improvement of the team
