<div>The Clinical Manager is responsible for the management of patient units and staff supervision; responsible for clinical nursing practice and patient care deliver to a broad range of patients as it relates to their age (child and adolescent and adult); coordinates staff training; compliant with Joint Commission/CMS regulations; licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Maryland or Delaware; will anticipate problems and proceed with resolution in an organized, effective manner; will often work with mentally disturbed patients.</div><div><br></div><div>Minimum of three (3) years of clinical nursing experience, with 1-2 years of leadership experience preferred</div><div>Monday - Friday </div><div>8 hour shifts</div><div><br></div>
