Job Description

• Schedule: 9a-9p or 12p-12a, with 12 shifts per month considered full time
• EMR: Meditech 6.1
• Patients per day: 18-20
• Daily volume: 90-100 patients
• Support staff includes a physician providing coverage with two PA's and nursing staff
• Provider should be comfortable working in a solo environment

Requirements

• Active NC license and DEA upon starting required
