Job Description

• Specialty: Family Practice / Primary Care/Internal Medicine
• Setting: Outpatient only
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of APP experience - recent experience (in the last 12 months) in Internal Medicine or Family Practice required
• Active NC license with Medicare/Medicaid enrollment
