Job Description

• Join a growing 9-hospital physician-led healthcare system
• Work in a coastal oncology practice which includes a Hematology Oncologist, Radiation Oncology medical director, 2 oncology advanced practice providers, 3 oncology certified nurses, Nurse Director, Assistant Nurse manager, and breast health certified nurse navigator
• New state-of-the-art cancer center located 2 blocks from the beach that opened in January 2024 with 10 infusion spaces, 4 exam rooms, radiation therapy Vital Beam linear accelerator, large boardroom for community and team meetings, image renewal services, nurse navigation, and healing gardens
• 100% outpatient with shared after-hours/weekend phone call only
• No inpatient consult service
• Strong referral base with over 30 providers
• Only one of six community hospitals out of more than 1,300 nationwide to have an accredited cancer program from the ACoS Commission on Cancer
• NAPBC Breast Accreditation Breast Center
• ACRO accredited Radiation Therapy Center
• Hospital services available for general surgery, radiology, and pathology needs
• Integrative Medicine provider for consultation and referral
• Multidisciplinary cancer committee structure with monthly tumor boards and bi-monthly breast tumor boards
