Are you a Physician Assistant looking to supplement your income with flexible, procedure-based work? TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking independent providers who are looking to grow their existing practice by adding minimally invasive diabetic device insertion procedures within their own clinical setting. This opportunity is designed as supplemental work averaging approximately 1-2 days per month, scheduled based on provider availability.

Job Description

• Flexible, 1-2 days per month procedural work
• Per-procedure pay + reimbursement for training & travel
• All supplies, marketing, billing, and logistics handled for you
• Malpractice coverage with tail provided
• Full training and credentialing support

Requirements

• Experience with procedures (e.g., hormone pellets, Nexplanon insertion, IUDs, wound care, urgent care, minor procedures)
• Access to your own clinical space (with basic equipment and storage)
• Supervising/collaborating physician in place (where needed)
