TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join a growing hospital-owned practice at an independent community hospital in Clinton, North Carolina. This opportunity offers the ability to practice broad-based general urology with autonomy, strong referral support, and a lifestyle-friendly schedule in a collaborative community setting.

This role is ideal for physicians interested in building a practice, shaping service line growth, and working closely with accessible leadership in an independent hospital environment.

Job Description

• Permanent position in Urology
• Hospital-owned outpatient practice
• 1:4 shared call rotation
• 4.5-day clinic schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
• Flexible operating room access based on surgical volume and case mix
• Solo practice with opportunity to grow the program
• Newly remodeled clinic space adjacent to the hospital
• Dedicated nurse and receptionist support
• Potential for APP support as practice expands
• Established referral pipeline from hospital-employed primary care network
• Close collaboration with surgery, hospitalist, and administrative leadership teams

Clinical Scope

• Broad-based general urology including:
  • Kidney stone management
  • Bladder and kidney tumors
  • Incontinence treatment
  • Urinary infections
  • Prostate care
• Opportunity to develop clinical interests aligned with community needs

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Eligible for North Carolina medical licensure
