TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is actively seeking a MD Hospitalist - Nocturnist at a facility in Wilmington, North Carolina. This position offers an opportunity to work in a team-based environment with a focus on providing quality care to patients of all ages.

Job Description

• Start date: ASAP upon credentialing
• Shift type: Night
• Shift length: 8hr / 10hr / 12hr
• Schedule structure: 7 on/7 off
• Number of shifts per month: 1-2 weeks per month
• Length of assignment: ongoing to permanent
• Experience required: new grad acceptable
• Degree required: MD
• Board certification required: Either BC or BE willing to get BC
• Supervising responsibilities: No
• Patient population: All ages
• Average patient load per shift: 8
• Admits per shift: 8
• Procedures required: No
• Code response required: No
• Specialty backup available on-site: Yes
• Support staff available: Yes (RNs, Case Managers, APPs, etc.)
• Hospital bed count: 600
• Average daily admissions: approximately 8 admissions per night
• EMR/EHR system used: Epic
