BC Anesthesiologist

TinkBird is actively seeking a BC Anesthesiologist in Ahoskie, North Carolina. This position involves both inpatient and outpatient care with a call schedule shared among anesthesiologists and CRNAs.

Job Description

• Schedule: 3/24/25 at 1500, 4/7/25 at 1500, 4/21/25 at 1500, 5/6/25 at 1500, 5/12/25 at 0700, 5/27/25 at 1500
• Daily call shared with 3 CRNAs; must be able to start surgery within 30 minutes of call back
• Approximately 150 surgical cases per month plus 100 endoscopy cases
• Average of 12-15 patients per day per anesthesiologist
• Average of 8 admissions per day and 6 admissions per night
• Required to serve backup in ER & ICU for difficult intubations and spinals
• Facilities include 2 main operating rooms, an endo suite with 3 rooms, and a C-section OR
• Procedures performed include general surgery, orthopedics, podiatry, pain management, OB/GYN, and dental pediatrics
• EMR system: EPIC
• Facility: 114-bed hospital
