TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is actively seeking a dual board eligible or board certified Internal Medicine and Psychiatry Med-Psych Hospitalist for a permanent job in Greenville, NC to start ASAP following credentialing.

Job Description

• Full-time position
• 8 years of experience in the psychiatry field
• Appropriate for Associate Professor of Psychiatry or a higher academic rank
• Experience working in an academic healthcare setting
• Clinical research background preferred
• Hospital privileges at the 974-bed, level 1 trauma center that serves as the teaching hospital
• Growing 9-hospital physician-led healthcare system
• Established division that is clinically productive, highly respected, and actively involved in training of medical students, residents, and interns
• Candidate will cover the psychiatric consult liaison service as needed
• Participate in medical student education
• Participation and contribution in active clinical, non-clinical, and other scholarly research efforts
• Hospital is ranked one of the top 50 teaching hospitals in the US
