Perinatal/Reproductive Psychiatrist

TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Perinatal/Reproductive Psychiatrist to join an academic-affiliated behavioral health department in Greenville, North Carolina. Applicants should have completed a psychiatry or obstetrics/gynecology residency along with a reproductive or perinatal fellowship. A new 144-bed behavioral health hospital is scheduled to open in fall 2025, further expanding access to inpatient and outpatient mental health services for the region. Job Description

• Permanent position in Perinatal/Reproductive Psychiatry
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
• Phone-only call for nights/weekends; residents take first call
• Setting includes inpatient consults and outpatient behavioral health and OB/GYN clinics
• Teaching and scholarly opportunities available
• Employment through a large, physician-led medical group

• Inpatient consults supporting emergency, labor & delivery, and behavioral health units
• Outpatient care for prenatal and perinatal patients through behavioral health and OB/GYN clinics
• Work alongside a collegial multidisciplinary team, including an OB/GYN addiction-trained liaison
• Opportunities to manage medication for labor/delivery and consult in OB/GYN clinics
• Strong referral network across a large multi-county region
