    General Ophthalmologist

    TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking full-time Board Certified/Eligible General Ophthalmologists to join an expanding ophthalmology program in Greenville, North Carolina. Expertise in medical retina is desirable. Candidates with an interest in resident education and residency program development are encouraged to apply. The hiring organization serves as a major tertiary referral center for Eastern North Carolina, caring for a high volume of patients with complex ophthalmic conditions. The ophthalmology program is actively recruiting across all subspecialties to support a growing multi-specialty practice. A new ACGME-approved Ophthalmology residency will welcome its inaugural class in 2026. The center benefits from a strong hospital-based referral network and robust community referrals in a region with limited subspecialty coverage.
