Job Description

• Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• 36 clinical hours and 4 hours of admin time
• 100% outpatient
• 1:12 call my phone only with an MD
• Appropriate clinical documentation through their Athena EMR
• Full support staff
• Directly reports to CMO

Requirements

• Compassionate care
• Clear and active Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Maine
• Board certified in Family Medicine

Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $110,000 - $135,000 based on years of experience
• Fiscal year bonus based on productivity
• Health insurance employers pays (1st day of the month following 60 days):
  • 80% for employee
