    Physician Assistant (PA), Bilingual Mandarin

    We are hiring a bilingual Physician Assistant who values relationship-based care, manageable patient volume, and a predictable weekday schedule while serving a diverse, multilingual community.

    You will step into a primary care role focused on managing both acute and chronic conditions in an outpatient setting, with some community-based visits to support continuity of care. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment, allowing you to deliver high-quality care without high-volume pressure or hospital demands.

    Job Description

    • Monday to Friday schedule with standard daytime hours
    • No nights or weekends
    • Manageable daily patient volume

    Requirements

    • You hold an active Physician Assistant license in Massachusetts
    • You are certified by NCCPA
    • You are fluent in Mandarin, required
    • You have at least one year of clinical experience preferred

    • You value communication, documentation, and collaborative care
    • You are able to work independently while partnering with a broader care team
