We're hiring a Physician Assistant in Burlington, New Jersey who wants meaningful patient relationships, a structured weekday schedule, and the opportunity to serve an underserved community.

You'll step into an outpatient clinical role focused on full-scope primary care. You'll manage acute and chronic conditions, coordinate referrals, and collaborate with a supportive care team. Designated administrative time allows you to balance patient care with documentation and follow-up.

You'll practice in Burlington, New Jersey, a historic riverfront community offering small-town charm with convenient access to Philadelphia and the greater South Jersey region.

Job Description

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with one late day
• Rotating shared call schedule
• 18 to 24 patients per day
• Team-based support model

• Structured workflows and established EMR

Requirements

• You are a Board Certified Physician Assistant
• You hold or are eligible for a New Jersey PA license
• You want to serve underserved and diverse communities
• You're comfortable managing full-scope primary care
• You value collaboration but can work independently
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus

• Base salary of $110,000 to $120,000+ depending on experience
