Family Medicine Physician (FP)

Job Description

• 4 or 5-day work weeks available
• Monday to Friday (8:30 am - 5:00 pm)
• Flexibility for alternate schedules
• Outpatient care
• Peds on call rotation
• Patients per day
• 1 hour for new patients / 20 minutes for follow-ups
• Must see all ages with approximately 40% geriatric
• Half-days possible for sign-offs and supervising

Requirements

• Current and active physician license in the State of Indiana
• Must be board certified (Family Medicine preferred)
• Must be comfortable treating all ages
• New grads welcome

Benefits

• The salary is $195,000+ (4 days) / $243,750+ (5 days)
• Extra compensation for additional duties (sign-offs, supervision, projects, etc.)
• Sign-on bonus: $5,000 - $20,000
