Job Description

• Monday to Friday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
• On-call responsibility one weekend every 8 weeks (with stipend)
• 100% outpatient providing primary care to patients of all ages
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans in a primary care setting
• Educate patients on preventive care, wellness strategies, and disease management
• Collaborate with support staff to ensure high-quality care

Requirements

• Compassionate care
• Clear and active Nurse Practitioner license
• Two years of experience preferred as a Nurse Practitioner

• Salary: $104,000 - $120,000 (based on experience)
• On-call stipend (1 weekend every 8 weeks)
