Job Description

• Location: Saddle Brook, NJ & Bloomfield, NJ
• Duration: Start date is September 30th, 2019
• Board requirement: Active board certification in Anesthesiology
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 hours daily
• Shifts: 8-hour days
• Procedures: Urology, outpatient
• EMR: Paper documentation

• Active NJ license
• DEA
• CDS
