Intensivist needed for coverage in New Jersey. Located in Manahawkin, NJ, this position offers a unique opportunity to work in a critical care environment.

Job Description

• Provide coverage as an Intensivist for 6-12 months
• Board certification required: Fellowship-trained in Critical Care or a combination of Fellowship-trained Critical Care
• All providers must be certified in Critical Care Medicine
• ACLS and ATLS certification required
• Moderate sedation required as part of hospital credentialing process
• Schedule: 9 AM to 7 PM, Intensivist coverage 7 days a week
• On-call responsibilities from 7 PM to 7 AM
• Shift responsibility includes single coverage
• EMR Type: Soarian, moving to EPIC
• Facility has 176 beds and 12 ICU beds
• License Requirement: Must have an NJ license
• Privileges take 60-90 days

Requirements

• Fellowship-trained in Critical Care or a combination of Fellowship-trained Critical Care
• Certification in Critical Care Medicine
• ACLS and ATLS certification
