    Associate OB/GYN

    Gulf Coast OBGYN, part of Together Women's Health, is seeking a full-time Associate OB/GYN to join our thriving practice on the beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast.

    Job Description

    • Join 5 physicians in a collegial, no-hierarchy environment where mentorship, collaboration, and surgical backup are standard. Every major case is supported by a partner, and new associates receive dedicated guidance.
    • 1:5+ weekend call (with partners willing to share extra coverage), flexible scheduling with a 4-day work week, dedicated OR block time, and post-call days off.
    • Deliver 50-60 babies per month as a team while enjoying a GYN-heavy practice mix (about 60%). Services include minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, robotic procedures, hysteroscopies, colposcopies, leeps, and in-office procedures as much or as little as you prefer.
    • da Vinci robotic-assisted surgery available with mentorship.
    • Dedicated OR block time (two half-days weekly, with easy access to minor procedures any day).
    • Affiliated with Singing River Health System, featuring a Level II NICU and new state-of-the-art birthing suites.
    • Walking distance between clinic and hospital.
    • Collegial environment with strong support for new grads and experienced physicians alike. Partnership track available after 3 years with equity opportunity.

    Requirements

    • MD/DO, BE/BC in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
    • All levels of experience considered, including 2026/2027 residents.
