Job Description

• Provide care that meets the needs of the community and offers a meaningful and culturally responsive experience for both patients and their families.
• Conduct comprehensive health assessments, prenatal care, cervical and breast exams, postpartum evaluations, laboratory testing, ultrasound interpretation, and deliveries at Monument when on call.

• Clinic and Hospital

Schedule

• Part Time - 3 shifts per week; weekends On Call

Patient Volume

• 12-16 patients per day

Types of Cases

• Comprehensive health assessments, prenatal care, cervical and breast exams, postpartum evaluations, laboratory testing, ultrasound interpretation, and deliveries at Monument when on call.

Specialties and Staff on Site

• CNMs, WHCNPs, and RNs

Requirements

• Unrestricted South Dakota State License and DEA
• Board Certified or Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Life Support Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS

Deliveries

• 20-30 deliveries a month

Credentialing

• 10-12 weeks

Covid

• Vaccine preferred
