Job Description

• Champion patient care by providing primary care coverage to patients in need within our FQHC network. Join a 1:4 Saturday clinic rotation (replaces one weekday clinic).
• Enhance clinical operations by streamlining processes to improve patient flow, satisfaction, and provider efficiency. 18 locations open 8am-5pm Monday-Saturday.
• See 20 patients per day in 20-minute scheduling blocks with a 2:1 MA to provider ratio and 3 exam rooms to rotate between.
• Shape the future of healthcare using OCHIN's EPIC EMR platform.

Requirements

• Strong background in primary care experience. Most roles require at least 2 years of practice experience, post-training experience.
• Active California Medical License. Current and unrestricted DEA.
• Board certified with either AANP or NCCPA.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and health equity.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred but not required).

Benefits

• Competitive compensation and benefits ranging from $140K-$220K inclusive of salary, leadership bonus, and incentive bonus. Eligibility for NHSC Student Loan Repayment Plans $75K+.
