You will play a vital role in ensuring that every patient receives the care they need, when and where they need it, while mentoring and supporting our team of float providers.

Job Description

• Champion patient care by providing primary care coverage to patients in need within our FQHC network.
• Join a 1:4 Saturday clinic rotation (replaces one weekday clinic).
• Enhance clinical operations by streamlining processes to improve patient flow, satisfaction, and provider efficiency.
• See 15-20 patients per day, performing in-house GYN procedures, pre-natal and post-partum care.
• Perform most GYN procedures in-office, with 1-2 OR days per month at a local hospital.
• Work closely with a health educator to provide appropriate health education and follow-up to patients.

Requirements

• Active or pending California medical license.
• Board certified in OBGYN.
• Demonstrate required GYN procedure volume for hospital privileging.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and health equity.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred but not required).
