The RN Clinic Supervisor is responsible for supervising back office staff and, within the scope of practice, performing nursing duties following established policies, procedures, and standards. The RN Clinic Supervisor is also responsible for ensuring that back office staff work effectively and efficiently in a care team setting with an emphasis on customer service and high-quality health care.

• Supervise back office staff and perform nursing duties within the scope of practice

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of an accredited California School of Professional Nursing
• At least one (1) year clinical nursing experience in an outpatient care setting
• At least one (1) year supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
• Bachelor's in Nursing is preferred
• BLS Certification for health care providers
• Current Californian State Board RN License
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

The pay range for this role is $48 - $73 on an hourly basis.
