Job Description

• Champion patient care by providing urgent care coverage to patients in need within our FQHC network.
• Enhance clinical operations by streamlining processes to improve patient flow, satisfaction, and provider efficiency. Quick Care locations are open 8 am-5 pm Monday-Saturday, with several offering extended evening hours.
• Providers generally see 3-4 patients per hour, in 15-minute blocks with flexible scheduling between 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts.
• Shape the future of healthcare using OCHIN’s EPIC EMR platform.

Requirements

• Active or pending California Medical License.
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and health equity.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred but not required).
