A Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) position is available for an experienced professional in a hospital and ambulatory surgical center setting in Fredericksburg, VA. This locum tenens role requires expertise in OB and thoracic procedures, with pediatric experience preferred. You will work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM) across multiple locations, assisting with a variety of cases excluding transplants. Emergency privileges are provided for holiday coverage, and the role requires Level 2 trauma experience.

Job Description

• Administer anesthesia for surgical and non-surgical procedures.
• Provide care in obstetrics, thoracic, and various other specialties.
• Perform and manage spinals and epidural placements.
• Float between hospital operating rooms and ambulatory surgical centers.

Requirements

• Valid VA nursing license or in process.
• AHA certifications required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care setting.
• Clean background for emergency privileges.
• Proficiency in obstetrics and thoracic cases.

Working Hours
