Job Description

• Schedule: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch
• Patient encounters per shift: 4
• Beds in department: 10

Requirements

• Providers must have a clean malpractice history to obtain temporary privileges.
• Hospital privileging requires 100 deliveries and 50 gynecologic cases within the past 24 months.
• Physicians must be board certified.
• Minimum board certification eligible: Yes
• Allow bids from providers with IMLC: No

Credentialing

• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 5 days
• Fellowship: 2

• BLS: Yes
