Job Description

• Provide expert care and management for wound care patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on wound care procedures and preventive techniques.
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current California Nurse Practitioner license
• Specialty in Wound Care
• Current BLS and ACLS certification
• Recent TB clearance (within the past 12 months)
