WVU Medicine - United Hospital Center in Bridgeport, WV seeks gastroenterologists (multiple openings) to join a well-established practice with a strong reputation for providing excellent general and advanced GI care to a patient base of close to 300,000. You will be part of a cohesive and highly supported team of providers that practice under one roof with the clinic connected to the hospital.

Job Description

• Diagnose and treat patients with digestive disorders including liver disease, ulcers, irritable bowel syndrome, cancers, and other disorders of the gastrointestinal system in both the outpatient and inpatient settings.

Requirements

• Must have an MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and be eligible to obtain a state medical license.
• Completed an accredited residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Gastroenterology.
• Board certified or eligible in Gastroenterology by the American Board of Internal Medicine. All qualifications must be met at the time of appointment.
