Non-Invasive Cardiology - Heart Failure Opportunity
Dr. Arun Kumar, Division Director of Cardiovascular Medicine, invites you to join his growing team. The clinical expertise of the division's 20+ faculty members offers the most comprehensive heart and vascular services in mid-Missouri. In addition to clinical responsibilities, as an academic institution, we also have active fellowships in cardiovascular disease, electrophysiology, and interventional cardiology. We are currently recruiting for a heart failure specialist to manage congestive heart failure and complex advanced heart failure conditions. Cardiologists with expertise in heart failure will be considered.
Job Description
- Collegial faculty of 20+ physicians
- Fully accredited cardiovascular fellowships with 20+ fellows
- Robust consult service
- 17 bed Cardiac Intensive Care Unit
- Significant time for academic/educational pursuits
- Non-burdensome call responsibilities
- In-house Cardiology fellows assist with night call coverage

Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible candidates are considered experienced
- Applicants must have an MD/DO and be ABIM BC/BE in Cardiovascular Disease or equivalent certification
- Candidates will be evaluated on ABIM BC/BE in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology
