Capital Region Physicians is looking for a Full Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Urgent Care team in Jefferson City, MO. Join a Primary Care team dedicated to creating outstanding healthcare experiences in an acute setting. Our Urgent Care facility offers patients access to care in a convenient location near the heart of Jefferson City. This position also supports coverage in our Quick Care clinic located close by. Our ideal candidate will have excellent diagnostic skills with a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a quick thinker, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

The Department of Community Practice at MU Capital Region Medical Center is a full-service health care system that encompasses a full-service acute care hospital, the area's most expansive clinic system, a state-of-the-art Cancer Program at the Goldschmidt Cancer Center, a hospital-based fitness facility, home health agency, and the only hospital-based inpatient rehabilitation center in the community. The hospital has 100 acute care beds and 14 rehabilitation beds. Referrals come from our 140+ employed providers who staff a system of 36 clinics in an 8-county service area of 225K people.

Requirements

• Physician Assistant (PA) licensure by the Missouri State Board of Registration for the Healing Arts

Anticipated Hiring Range

• Salary Range: $115,000 - $131,000 annually
• Grade: PAT - 012
• University Title: Program/Project Support Coordinator Sr
