    Registered Nurse - Resource Pool

    Registered Nurses in the Resource Pool provide patient care to various areas, including two Medical/Surgical Units, an Intensive Care Unit, a Women and Children's Unit, and an Emergency Department.

    Job Description

    • Provide patient care in two Medical/Surgical Units: 2 South Unit with forty-two patient beds and 2 North Unit with nine patient beds.
    • Deliver care in the Intensive Care Unit with fourteen patient beds.
    • Assist in the Women and Children's Unit, which includes four labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum suites with labor tubs, six additional inpatient rooms, three observation rooms, and a fully equipped Operating Room.
    • Work in the Emergency Department, which has twenty-four patient beds and provides care for an average of 80 patients per day.

    Requirements

    • Current RN licensure recognized by the State of Vermont required.
    • Appropriate experience in specific clinical areas, which varies by unit.

    Benefits

    • $10,000 signing bonus (pro-rated for part-time) for full-time positions.
    • $9,200 relocation assistance (pro-rated for part-time).
    • $6.00/hr resource differential.
    • $3.00/hr evening differential.
    • $6.50/hr night differential.
    • $3.50/hr weekend differential.
    • $3.00/hr charge role differential.
    • $2.00/hr preceptor differential.
    • 1.5 times regular pay for holidays.
    • After six months, eligible for tuition assistance up to $3,500.
