    Job Description

    • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hematologist/Oncologist to diagnose and treat malignant hematology, to join our dynamic team and help us build out our malignant hematology practice.
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and treating blood cancers, including leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma.
    • Become a part of our adoptive immunotherapy program with Bispecific T cell Engagers for myeloma and lymphoma and help us develop our CAR T-cell program.
    • Collaborate with the Hillman Cancer team in Pittsburgh to establish a comprehensive acute leukemia diagnosis and treatment program.
    • This role involves both inpatient and outpatient care, participation in clinical trials, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to provide the best possible outcomes for our patients.
    • Join us as we kick off our new oncology fellowship program in July 2025.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Diagnose and treat patients with malignant hematologic disorders.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
    • Participate in clinical research and trials.
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
    • Provide education and support to patients and their families.
    • Stay updated with the latest advancements in hematology and oncology.

    Requirements

    • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
    • Board certification/eligibility in Hematology and/or Oncology.
    • Valid medical license to practice in PA or eligible for licensing.
    • Strong clinical and research background in malignant hematology.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Commitment to patient-centered care.
