Hospitalist Physician Assistant

UPMC North Central PA located in Williamsport, PA is seeking a Physician Assistant or Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner to join our Hospitalist Team at The Williamsport Regional Medical Center, a 226-bed Level 2 Trauma facility for 14 counties in Northcentral Pennsylvania.

Job Description

• 14 (7 on/7 off) 10-hour shifts per month (1 PM - 11 PM and 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM)
• Some telemedicine once oriented
• Experienced colleagues, low turnover, and effective leadership
• Hospitalist Team admits and manages the majority of inpatients with subspecialist collaboration

Requirements

• Current certification as a Physician Assistant
• Licensure to practice as a PA in the state of Pennsylvania
• Experience in hospital medicine or a related field is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
