    The University of Pittsburgh Physicians Department of Pathology is recruiting 2 community Pathologists for their hospital in Altoona, PA. Fellowship training in Cytopathology is preferred, but not required. Must be AP/CP ABMS Board Certified or Board Eligible.

    Job Description

    • UPMC Altoona has a surgical pathology volume of over 13,000 surgical cases and 3,000 non-gynecological cytopathology specimens.
    • Join a team of 2 pathologists.
    • Specialty pathology consultations and services are available from academic core pathology services at UPMC in Pittsburgh.
    • Night and weekend call are equally shared.
    • Specialty pathology services provide expertise in all areas necessary, as well as sophisticated services in immunohistochemistry, imaging, and molecular anatomic pathology.
    • Visa sponsorship.
