With over 130 podiatric medical and surgical clinics in 7 states, Upperline Health providers coordinate patient care among a team of specialists including podiatric physicians and surgeons, advanced practice providers, care navigators, pharmacists, dieticians, and social workers for integrated treatment that addresses patients' immediate and long-term health needs. We put patients at the center of value-based care.

Job Description

• NPs are the champions of care for the patient in a provider-led environment.
