Mid State Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Center is seeking a fellowship-trained, board-certified/board-eligible Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon to join our world-class, physician-led team in Alexandria, Louisiana. We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon to support our growing patient demand. The ideal candidate will be board-eligible/board-certified in Orthopaedic Surgery with fellowship training in Spine. This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing healthcare environment with strong infrastructure and physician support, with a brand new Ambulatory Surgery Center opening in Fall 2026!

Job Description

• Join as an Associate Physician with guaranteed base salary and productivity bonus

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Orthopaedic Surgery with spine specialization
• Eligible for or holding a valid Louisiana medical license
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing excellent patient care
