Family Nurse Practitioner

Join our team as a Family Nurse Practitioner in a dynamic primary care setting. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with a dedicated clinical care team to provide evidence-based care to a panel of patients.

Job Description

• Provide primary and family evidence-based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients.
• Perform administrative duties including opening/closing the clinic, inventory management, patient follow-up, verifying insurance and collecting payment, and maintaining a clean environment.
• Handle patient appointments and perform routine examinations to ensure positive patient health outcomes.
• Speak with patients about healthy lifestyle choices, complete diagnostic tests to help diagnose and treat patients for injuries or illnesses, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care.
• Encourage patients to become active participants in their own healthcare and well-being through services such as health screenings, behavioral health and wellness, and chronic condition management.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner in primary care.
• Completion of a master's degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification.
• Active DEA.

Schedule

• Full time is an average of 30 hours/week.
• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 7:30 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM
