Job Description

• Provide high-quality care to adults (16+), including preventive care, wellness visits, acute care, and management of chronic conditions
• Care for an average of 15 patients per day, ensuring meaningful interactions and exceptional outcomes
• Collaborate with a team of 7 physicians and experienced support staff

Requirements

• Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Benefits

• Flexible scheduling options: Full-time (4.5 days/week with one afternoon off) and part-time options available (3.5 - 4 days/week)
• Practice hours: Monday - Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM; Saturday: 8 AM - 12 PM (rotational coverage, single physician)
