UW Medicine Primary Care is seeking a Family Physician for a clinic NE of Seattle in beautiful Woodinville, WA. UW Medicine Primary Care offers a complete spectrum of primary care services and is committed to improving the health of the public. The providers are actively engaged in teaching and provide care using the medical home model, creating a friendly and stimulating atmosphere for providers, staff, and patients.

Job Description

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients.
• Engage in teaching and mentoring within the clinic.
• Utilize the medical home model to enhance patient care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address patient needs.

Requirements

• Candidates must have earned an MD or DO, or foreign equivalent.
• Completed residency and should be board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine.
• Possess or obtain a valid Washington State medical license and DEA certification.

Benefits

• Competitive compensation with a base salary of $18,423 per month ($221,079 per annum) commensurate with experience and qualifications.
• Minimum guaranteed incentive for the first two years of $13,000 per quarter ($52,000 per annum) through UW Physicians.
