Job Description

• Primarily provides patient care
• Handles intake and discharge processes for the Wound Care Center patients as scheduled
• May also serve as a Case Manager to a group of assigned Wound Care Center patients, as assigned and depending on the Wound Care Center setup
• Assist in vein clinic as assigned after Healogics Vein Clinic training is completed

Requirements

• Associates Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Current RN to practice in the state of AZ
• BCLS certification
